Security Checks

All visitors and their belongings are subject to an airport-style security screening before entry. Cooperation with security staff is required.

Bag Policy

Large bags, suitcases, trolleys, and backpacks exceeding 45x35x20cm are not permitted inside. There are no luggage storage facilities on site.

Prohibited Items

Food and beverages of any kind, animals (except certified assistance dogs), baby carriages, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed in the tower.

Photography

Personal photography is welcome. However, for the safety and comfort of all guests, tripods and drones are strictly forbidden.

Common questions about visitor conduct

Can I store my luggage at the TV Tower?
No, there are no lockers or luggage storage facilities available. Please make other arrangements for large bags or suitcases before you arrive.
Are baby strollers or prams allowed?
For safety reasons, baby carriages cannot be taken up to the observation deck. A free storage area is available at the cloakroom on the ground floor.
Can I bring my pet?
No animals are allowed inside the tower, with the exception of certified assistance dogs with appropriate proof.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Berlin TV Tower building.
